This Privacy Policy explains how First Choice Communications collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you request information about home internet or mobile service options.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through this website, our Facebook lead forms, by telephone, by text message, by email, or through another direct interaction with us. This may include:
- Your name, telephone number, and email address
- Your service address, city, and ZIP code
- Your internet or mobile service interests and preferences
- Your preferred contact time and purchase timeline
- Your current provider, approximate service bills, device preferences, and contact permission record
- Records of communications and service requests
Our hosting and communications providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate their services, such as device, browser, IP address, and activity data.
How we use information
- Respond to your request and contact you about internet or mobile service options
- Check service availability and determine which options may serve your address
- Provide customer service, schedule follow-up, and process an order you request
- Maintain business records, measure advertising performance, and improve our services
- Prevent fraud, protect our business, and comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We may share relevant information with internet, telecommunications, or mobile service providers and their authorized platforms when needed to check availability, prepare options, or complete a transaction you request. We may also use service providers that support lead management, communications, data storage, analytics, security, and business operations. This website sends savings-review requests to our Google Form and stores them in our Google Sheet. Our lead-monitoring service reviews new submissions and prepares notifications for First Choice Communications.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Nearby-provider lookup / Consulta de proveedores cercanos
The optional nearby-provider lookup sends only the ZIP code or street address you enter to InternetProviders.ai after you select the consent checkbox and choose “Look up providers.” For street-address searches, InternetProviders.ai sends the address to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoding service to locate the surrounding area. Only the location entered in the lookup is sent. Names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other inquiry-form answers are not sent through it. Please leave apartment/unit numbers out of the lookup; you can add them in the personal-review form.
This website does not save lookup addresses or results in our lead records, browser storage, or analytics, and lookup responses are marked private and no-store. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use a short-lived, salted identifier derived from the connecting IP address. Our hosting providers and the lookup service may process technical information under their own policies. We do not control their logs or retention.
Coverage reports are estimates and do not establish service availability, pricing, or an offer through First Choice. Choosing to request a personal review carries your entered location into our inquiry form; it does not submit that form or grant permission to contact you. Review and submit the inquiry separately with the contact permission shown there.

Calls and text messages
If you provide your telephone number and consent to contact, First Choice Communications may call or text you about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including customer service, business records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also withdraw permission for future marketing contact.

Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
